How to Order Your Shoes.
You May Order Using Any Of The Following Methods.

    • Telephone: Call us at 1-800-433-5541. You will be connected to one of our customer service representatives. With years of experience, they are qualified to provide expert advice and assist you with your selection.
    • Web Site: Simply log on at www.showtimedanceshoes.com and follow the instructions.
    • U.S. Mail: Send us your order to Showtime Dance Shoes, 4458 Peachtree Lakes Drive, Suite B, Berkeley Lake, Georgia 30096. Georgia residents please add 6% for sales tax.
  • Payments: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You may also pay for your shoes with personal check or money order if ordering by mail.

Flat Rate Accessories Shipping:
All orders with only accessories are shipped via USPS. Delivery times are not guaranteed, but usually vary from one to seven days. Shipping and handling charges are a flat rate $5.

USPS Shipping:
All orders are processed same or next business day. USPS delivery schedules are usually 2-3 days, but can be longer depending on your location. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed with USPS. Shipping and handling charges are a flat rate starting at $9.75.

UPS Ground Shipping:
All orders are processed same or next business day. UPS Ground delivery schedules vary from one to six days depending on your location (see map below). Shipping and handling charges are calculated prior to checkout and are based upon the weight items purchased and geographic location.

Expedited Shipping:
All orders are processed same or next business day. During checkout you will be given all Expedited shipping options with Next Day Air being the soonest. Shipping and handling charges are calculated prior to checkout and are based upon the weight items purchased and geographic location. For urgent orders please call us after your order is placed to confirm we have received it and your shoes are in stock. 1-800-433-5541

Back Orders:
All orders are processed same or next business day. We stock everything we offer on our website in our Georgia warehouse unless otherwise noted. However, we do run out of sizes on occasion while we are waiting on restock to arrive. If your items are on back order, you will receive an email notice after your order is placed. Since we receive shipments from the UK daily, the average wait time on a back order is 1-4 weeks. If you cannot wait, our seasoned representatives can offer similar alternatives.

Exchanges and Returns:
Please try your shoes on a clean, soft surface like carpet to prevent soiling of the suede soles. We will happily refund or exchange items returned within 21 days of receipt, if they:

    • Have not been worn on a hard surface
    • Are in like new resalable condition
    • Are in the original packaging
    • Are not a clearance item marked ‘Final Sale’

Soiled, dyed, stoned, or special order shoes cannot be returned.

You should receive a return/exchange form in your shipment which will need to be filled out and returned with your shoes. Click here for a copy. You do not to notify us of your return, just package the shoes plus the return form, and ship the shoes back to us.

Please use an outer shipping box, to make your return (like the one they arrived in). Unfortunately if the shoes are shipped in the manufacturer’s shoe box we must replace it and there will be a $10.00 fee for this.

We recommend you return your item by USPS, UPS, FedEx or other insured and traceable methods.  Please keep a record of the tracking number. We are not responsible for any lost packages. 

Defective shoes will be evaluated per case and will be replaced, not refunded.

Special Orders:
To order a style not included on this website, please call us at 1-800-433-5541.  All special orders must be paid for in advance. Deliveries on special orders are usually 4-8 weeks, but can take longer. Special order shoes are not returnable for any reason since they cannot be resold.

Prices are subject to change without notice due to price increases from our suppliers and currency fluctuations.
