    How to Order Your Shoes.
    You May Order Using Any Of The Following Methods.

    • Telephone: Call us at 1-800-433-5541. You wil be connected to one of our customer service representatives. With years of experience, they are qualified to provide expert advice and assist you with your selection.
    • Web Site: Simply log on at www.showtimedanceshoes.com and follow the instructions.
    • U.S. Mail: Send us your order to Showtime Dance Shoes, 4458 Peachtree Lakes Drive, Suite B, Duluth, Georgia 30096. Georgia residents please add 6% for sales tax.
    • Payments: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You may also pay for your shoes with personal check or money order if ordering by mail.

     

    Shipping:
    All shoes purchased on this website are shipped via UPS. All orders are processed same or next business day. UPS delivery schedules vary from one to six days depending on your location (see map below). Shipping and handling charges are calculated prior to checkout and are based upon the weight items purchased and geographic location. All accessories orders are shipped via USPS and delivery times are not guaranteed.

     

    Exchanges and Returns:
    Please try your shoes on a clean, soft surface like carpet to prevent soiling of the suede soles. We will happily refund or exchange items returned within 21 days of receipt, if they:

    • Have not been worn on a hard surface
    • Are in like new resalable condition
    • Are in the original packaging

    Unfortunately, soiled, dyed, stoned, or special order shoes cannot be returned. Please use an outer shipping box, to make your return (like the one they arrived in). Unfortunately if the shoes are shipped in the manufacturer’s box we must replace it. There will be a $10.00 cost for this.

    We recommend you return your item by UPS, FedEx or other insured and traceable methods. If you choose to use the enclosed FedEx return label it will only cost you $7.00. This will be charged to the credit card used to purchase the shoes. Please keep a record of the tracking number if you are using the FedEx label we provided. We are not responsible for any lost packages. You may also choose an alternate method of shipping.

     

    Special Orders:
    To order a style not included on this website, please call us at 800-433-5541.  All special orders must be paid for in advance. Deliveries on special orders are usually 8-10 weeks, but can take longer. Special order shoes are not returnable for any reason since they cannot be resold.

     

     

    Prices are subject to change without notice due to price increases from our suppliers and currency fluctuations.
